Registration Fee
There is an annual $30 registration fee for all clubbers. The fee covers the cost of each child’s achievements and uniform for the entire club year. Should your child enroll 3 or more months into the club year, the Registration Fee will be prorated.
If you are unable to pay the entire fee at the time of Registration, a payment plan is available. Any family having three or more children enrolled in our Awana ministry is eligible for assistance.
All payments should be made on Wednesday nights at the time of Check-In.
Check-In
Check-In is from 6:40-7:00pm on Wednesday nights in the main foyer. During this time, attendance is taken and points are given for wearing the appropriate club uniform, having a bible, bringing a friend, and making an offering.
Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony begins promptly at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary. The ceremony lasts about five minutes and sets an orderly tone for the evening. During this time a clubber will open the evening in prayer, and we will say the Awana Pledge.
Club Time
The Club Time consists of three major components that are tailored to the learning styles and physical and emotional development of each age group:
- Council Time- includes prayer requests, testimonies, prayer, worship, and a lesson.
- Handbook Time- devoted to helping clubbers learn their sections, scripture memorization, encouragement, and relationship building with the clubbers Leader.
- Games and Activities- a structured adventure centered on high energy games and developing a team mentality.
Closing Ceremony
The Closing Ceremony begins at 8:35 in the Sanctuary. Awards presentations and the closing prayer occur at this time.
Pick-Up
All children must be picked up from the Sanctuary. AWANA DIRECTOR Heather Morgan
